Changing the culture of an organization to be more social and collaborative of course is a big change and very useful nowadays due to the digitalization the companies can improve its operations and be more efficient in terms of production, communication, delivery and others. But this change has to be planned and the people need training in order to avoid environment problems in the organization and of course the change resistance from the employees.
